What DAWs does VIXSOUND support?
Currently VIXSOUND supports Ableton Live 11 and 12. Logic Pro support is planned for a future release.
Does VIXSOUND work on Windows?
VIXSOUND is currently available for macOS 12+. A Windows version is on our roadmap.
Is my music uploaded to the cloud?
No. Audio processing (stem separation, analysis, MIDI transcription) runs entirely on your machine. Your audio files never leave your computer.
Do I own the music I create with VIXSOUND?
Yes, 100%. You retain full ownership of all music and content you create. Use it however you want — commercially, personally, or otherwise.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can enable extra usage in your settings to continue using VIXSOUND beyond your plan limit, or wait until your credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle.
